Returns Policy
Items that have been purchased at full price are eligible for a full refund.
Please email our customer service team at customercare@biaandzelus.com to begin your return process.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
- The goods are returned to, and received by, our online warehouse within 7 days of receiving order.
- Item(s) must be unwashed, unworn with tags still attached.
- Item(s) must be in original condition and in the original packaging.
- Return postage is at the expense of the customer.
ONLINE RETURNS PROCESS
- Submit a Return:
Please contact customercare@biaandzelus.com with your customer order number and reason for return.
2. Pack Your Return:
Place the item(s) in the original shipping mailer and post to the address sent to you in your return confirmation email.
3. Post your return:
Please note return postage is at the expense of the customer. Once we have received your return we will process a refund (dependent on the condition of the item).
